SMART Board Advanced

Location: Mississauga

October 22, 2009

The SMART Advanced Level Course is for teachers who have been using their SMART Board for more than a year and who are comfortable with the concepts and strategies covered in the Fundamentals and Intermediate courses. We encourage attendees to bring examples of lessons they are using as exemplars. The SMART Advanced Users Course focuses on building interactivity, differentiation, and multiple intelligences into SMART lessons. An experienced teacher from Advanced Education will lead the SMART Advanced session, which combines formal instruction with hands-on learning. Small class sizes, and a technology rich classroom with computers, SMART Boards, and LCD projectors, guarantees a superior learning experience for attendees. The SMART Advanced users course, is a five hour workshop dedicated to integrating strategies and features of SMART Notebook software into an interactive lesson. We recommend that you bring one or more lessons from your class that can be turned into a SMART Notebook lesson. Participants will share their SMART creation with the other attendees.
